All bookings require a deposit in order to secure a time slot.
- Day packages – £20
- Party packages – £50
Deposits are non refundable.
If your booking is cancelled within 1 week of your booking date, an additional £10 per child cancellation fee is required. Any new booking will require a new deposit.
Deposits can be transferred to any other like‑for‑like package with at least one week’s notice.
We require 1 week’s notice of all package details including guest numbers and allergies. This determines your balance payable on the day, paid via BACS or cash.
We ask that a maximum of 4 adults stay during party packages. Please speak with our team if you have any special requests.
We reserve the right to increase our price in line with inflation or supplier changes.
Arrival time – booking start time given. Any earlier, our team may ask you to wait outside the salon. Late arrival may affect your package.
